Our Activities
In spring 2024, IBI runs the Personal Development (PD) program, a project-based portfolio-enhancement initiative encompassing the following activities.

Industry Research
IBI members select an industry of personal interest, collaborate in teams, and engage in immersive, project-based research. This activity allows members to delve deeper into their chosen industry, fostering expertise and critical insights.

Events & Workshops
Members are invited to a diverse array of in-person gatherings tailored for networking and training purposes. These events provide a unique opportunity for members to connect with industry professionals, often featuring guest speakers.

Pitch Day
At the beginning and conclusion of each semester, industry teams take center stage during Pitch Day to present their project plans and outcomes to the entire IBI community. This platform not only showcases the fruits of their research but also hones members' public speaking skills.
