IBI was founded by three Yonsei University students who share grand vision for international entrepreneurship.

Founder/ President 2023

Tohi Kim

Yonsei Alumna with B.A. in Political Science and International Studies.

Her accomplishments include a career at Datadog and serial business launches in IT, HR, and HealthTech. She also interned at McKinsey, Third Bridge, Assembly Gllobal, and a Gen AI startup, Wrtn Technologies.

Co-Founder/ Finance Director 2023

Hyein Lee

Final year student at Yonsei University, studying Quantitative Risk Management. Her accomplishments include internships at Continental and L'Oreal Korea after winning the national 1st place at 2023 L'Oreal Brandstorm Competition. She also ran an Edu-Tech enterprise Y-English as a former CEO.

Co-Founder/ Community Director 2023

Truc Kim Ngo

Final year student at Yonsei Business School with a minor in AI Convergence. She represented Yonsei at Milgard Invitational Case Competition Yonsei Representative in USA and Global Entrepreneurship Summer Camp in Shanghai. She interned at global startups EventUs and Wah & Hua Pte.
