Project Management
PM officers are expected to be at the heart of operation, responsible for resource management, coordination between departments and associates and implementation of the IBI curriculum.
This position is suited for Consulting, Human Resources, and Project Management roles in their future career.

Leadership experience for consecutive 6 months or longer

1:1 Mentorship/Tutoring experience for consecutive 3 months or longer

Experience in operations and organizational roles

Strong verbal skills such as presentation or public speech

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Public Relations
PR officers are expected to be agile content creators and social media marketers in producing aesthetic designs and visual representations of the organization across multiple digital platforms. They are also expected to manage the organization’s website. This position is suited for Graphic Designer, Marketer, or UI/UX manager role in their future career.

Role-specific Qualifications :

Experience in content creation in a demanding workspace

Experience working in a collaborative environment with cross-cultural communication

Extreme flexibility and digital communications skills for responding to demanding deadlines, taking in constructive feedback on their design and communicating promptly online while producing multiple drafts

Familiarity with Canva for design, Capcut for Short-form videos, and/or Wix for website
-
Video editing skills for creating short form contents (reels) and knowing Adobe are a plus
-
Up to date with the latest trends, utilizing of new ideas and viral content
-
*All PR officers are expected to generate designs, but some will be required to focus more on either short form content creation or social media management.

External Communications
EC officers are expected to be the point of contact with external parties such as the companies and the industry professionals to arrange organizational partnerships and career fairs. They are also in charge of events and logistics for organizing networking events for the general members of IBI. This position is suited for Event Management, Communications, Sales, Supply Chain, or CRM role in their future career.
